Here's the FAQ (frequently asked questions)

Question : Where's the office? When will the office open?
Answer : MonaVie office will be at Level 1, Lobby 2, Bangunan UOA, Bangsar, KL.
The office will be renovated like a 6 star hotel lobby. MonaVie office
is expected to open in mid 2010, after renovations.

Question : Huh? So what do you mean by 'Launch in Malaysia'?
Answer : 'Launch in M'sia' means we are legally operating in M'sia. We will
operate through the Internet. When you go into the computer, you will
see M'sia as listed on the pull-down. Everything will be online, to
sign up members, to order your products, etc.

Malaysia will sell ORIGINAL and PULSE only.
BUT, you will still be able to continue enjoying ACTIVE through S'pore
Whichever products you purchase,
ORIGINAL, PULSE or ACTIVE, the points will be the same,
1 case = 100 points
2 cases = 200 points
3 cases = 250 points
There will be NO 6cases or 12cases package in both M'sia and
S'pore.

Question : Why is M'sia not selling ACTIVE? Is ACTIVE is not halal?
Answer : All Monavie products, including ACTIVE, have Halal certificates from
USA and Singapore. When we open in M'sia, we will have the M'sian JAKIM
Halal certificate for ALL the Products. M'sia will start selling
ACTIVE, 6 MONTHS AFTER THE LAUNCH, towards mid 2010.


Question : Why will M'sia sell ACTIVE only 6 months later?
Answer : At the moment, even though MonaVie's not yet launched in M'sia, there
are sales leaders going for their rank and enjoying the booming bonus
in USD$$$ There are presently hundreds of STAR achievers! And
many, many, Bronze, Silver and Gold executives.

Pricing is as follows:
ORIGINAL 1case of 4 bottles = RM 393 YES!! Less than RM100 a bottle!
PULSE 1case of 4 bottles = RM 415
ACTIVE 1case of 4 bottles = RM 595 (S$ 219)

Question : What must we do when MonaVie's launched in M'sia?
Answer : Watch out for the announcements! We will be given a call center
telephone number staffed by at least 500 trained people. Just provide
your MonaVie member ID number, tell them you want the account to be
transferred to M'sia, and give them your current M'sian address
SIMPLE AS THAT!! We will be given 3 months to transfer our account, so
don't be overly anxious if the call center lines are busy!!
